Privacy Policy

Account details you give us: name, email, phone, ZIP code, NPN and appointed carriers. Content you create in the app: clients, notes, tasks, appointments and settings. Payment is processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number.

Information you enter about your clients belongs to you. SindyAI is not a HIPAA-covered service and we do not sign Business Associate Agreements. Do not store real protected health information (PHI) in the app unless and until appropriate compliance infrastructure is in place. Use fictional or minimal details for demos.

To run the service: sign you in, show your clients and calendar, send reminders you ask for, verify agent licenses, and process payments. We do not sell your information or your clients' information to anyone.

If you work as an assistant, your broker can see the actions you take in their account (an activity log). If you are a broker, you can see your assistants' activity.

We use a small number of providers to run the service: cloud hosting and database, a payment provider for billing, an email provider for reminders, and public data sources such as Medicare plan files and drug-name lookups. Medication names you check are sent to the public NLM RxNav service to match drug codes.

We use encrypted connections and access controls. Accounts stay pending until an administrator verifies the agent's NPN. We keep your data while your account is active; you can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing sindy.medicarehelp@gmail.com.

You can update your profile in Settings, delete saved assistant memories, and request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing sindy.medicarehelp@gmail.com.

We may update this policy and will note important changes in the app. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
