Refund Policy

SindyAI plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime from the link in your payment receipt email or by writing to sindy.medicarehelp@gmail.com. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

If you are charged by mistake, or you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have barely used the service, email sindy.medicarehelp@gmail.com and we will refund that charge. After the first month, partial-month refunds are not given — cancellation simply stops future charges.

If a renewal payment fails, we will ask you to update your card. If payment is not fixed, the subscription may be paused or canceled at the end of the paid period.

Email sindy.medicarehelp@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Refund" and tell us what happened. We answer within a few business days.
